Ми вже третій день як живемо у Канаді ))) Їхали автобусом. На митниці все пройшло, як запланували. Чоловіку дали Work Permit на 3 роки, мені на один (через закінчення терміну паспорта). По прибутті до місця призначення все теж відбувалося чітко та успішно - і все завдяки повноцінній та професійній консультації пані Olena Korolova.
Відчувається її великий досвід, відповідальність, вміння доступно пояснювати навіть складні питання і щире бажання допомогти. Дуже цінно зустріти фахівця, якому можна довіряти!

I am incredibly grateful to Olena Korolova for helping me through one of the most stressful situations in my immigration journey.

My PGWP situation was complicated because of the language requirement. I took CELPIP three times, but unfortunately, my Reading score was below the required level each time. I was running out of time and was extremely worried about what would happen.

When I shared my situation in Facebook groups, many people commented that they had been in similar situations, submitted the required language results later, after application submission, and received refusals. Honestly, I did not receive any encouraging feedback, so I was already preparing myself for a refusal and hoping that, if that happened, I would still be within the 180-day period to submit a new PGWP application with my new language results.

Olena, however, carefully reviewed my situation and advised me on the best way to proceed within my deadline. We submitted my application with an explanation letter, showing all the proofs. About 10 days later, I successfully got the required IELTS scores, and Olena immediately helped me submit the new results to IRCC through the web form.

From that point, everything went much better than I had expected. Only 9 days after submitting my IELTS results, my PGWP was approved, and just 2 days later, I received my physical work permit in the mail. From the original application submission to having the actual permit in my hands, it took only about 20 days. I honestly could not believe it because I had been preparing myself for the opposite outcome.

Of course, every immigration application is different and the final decision belongs to IRCC, but I truly believe Olena’s professional advice and the way she handled my case gave me the best possible chance in a very difficult situation.

What I appreciate most about Olena is her professionalism and patience. She answers every question, explains things clearly, and never makes you feel ignored, even when you have many questions or are stressed about your case. I always felt that she genuinely paid attention to my situation.

Her service was absolutely worth what I paid. If I ever need immigration assistance again, I will definitely work with Olena again.
