British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP)

BC PNP include programs designed to attract highly skilled foreign workers and entrepreneurs who wish to permanently reside and work in the province of British Columbia, Canada. They are created to support the province’s economic growth through the rapid immigration of needed skills.

The BC PNP includes a variety of streams:

Skills Immigration (SI) – For skilled workers, graduates and support from employers:

-Skilled Worker: For those who have an offer for a skilled position from an employer in British Columbia.

-Healthcare Professional: For doctors, nurses, psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

-International Graduate: For graduates of Canadian universities and colleges within the last three years.

-International Post-Graduate: For Master’s and Doctoral students who have earned a degree in Canada in certain specializations.

-Entry Level and Semi-Skilled: For workers in tourism, food processing and other industries.

Entrepreneur Immigration (EI): For entrepreneurs who want to invest and create or buy a business in the province:

-Entrepreneur Stream: For experienced entrepreneurs who are ready to invest in the B.C. economy.

-Regional Pilot: For entrepreneurs who want to start a business in regional areas of the province.

-Strategic Projects Stream: For foreign companies that want to expand their business in British Columbia.

Canada Immigration

Each stream has its own selection criteria such as work experience, education level, English language proficiency, etc. Candidates who successfully pass through BC PNP receive support (nomination) from the province and can apply for permanent residency either via Express Entry system or PR on-line portal.
