The Northwest Territories have huge potential in the natural resources sector, such as gold, diamonds, and oil. However, due to the remoteness and harsh climate, it is difficult to attract and retain workers. NTNP is trying to address this problem by ensuring the sustainable development of the Territory’s economy.
