Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)

Ontario is one of the most industrialized and populated provinces in Canada, attracting many immigrants because of its economic potential, high standard of living, and many cultural and educational opportunities. 

OINP program includes a variety of streams:

Main Program Streams:

Ontario Human Capital (via Express Entry):

-Human Capital Priorities uses different categories to nominate highly qualified skilled workers from the federal Express Entry pool.

French-Speaking Skilled Worker invites candidates from the Express Entry pool who demonstrate proficiency in both English and French and who demonstrate the ability to contribute to the province’s workforce as skilled workers.

Employer Job Offer: 

-Foreign Workers targets foreign workers with skilled work experience who obtain a valid job offer from an Ontario employer.

Ontario International Students targets foreign nationals who have completed a Canadian educational credential and who have a job offer from an Ontario employer.

-In-Demand Skills targets foreign nationals who have at least nine months of work experience in one of the province’s in-demand occupations, and who have a valid job offer from an Ontario employer.

Entrepreneur Program:

This stream is aimed at business people and investors who want to start or buy a business in Ontario. To participate in this stream, applicants must demonstrate a certain minimum level of capital, a business plan and a willingness to participate in the economic development of the province.
